NSW Team

Ashley - Events Manager


Ashley brings over 12 years’ experience working within our Sydney businesses.


Unarguably the most well connected member of staff across all levels in our Sydney division, Ashley’s enthusiasm, unmatched knowledge and specific skillset make her the perfect person to look after all your event needs.


Having previously run the Sydney events division single-handedly, Ashley has since built the NSW team to its current size. With a commitment to client service that knows no bounds and a reputation for delivering beyond expectation, Ashley is the consummate 'safe pair of hands'.

Kirsty - Events Executive 


With 15 years expertise in the Events and Entertainment industry in Sydney, a background in operations and a genuine passion for delivering the perfect event to suit your individual requirements, Kirsty has proven herself as an integral member of the Sydney team since joining in June 2014.


Coming from Events and Operational Management in the Cinema and Film industry, Kirsty has extensive experience in managing high profile, large scale events.  Kirsty loves to work on creative on unique event briefs, delivering a final product that exceeds client and guest expectations.

Catherine - Events Coordinator


Having stood out as as a champion performer in the guest services team at Madame Tussauds, Catherine was successfully lured over to the Sydney events team in early 2014.


Catherine's solid knowledge of event coordination, superb organisational skills and natural abillity with clients and suppliers means that she is a real 'go-to girl' at Merlin Events.


Catherine loves getting to work with clients on delivering their dream event and is on hand from initial enquiry right through to the event itself.

Clinton Pulman - Events Operations Manager


With over 11 years’ experience in hospitality and management, Clinton brings perfectionism and dedication to our Sydney events team as well as insider knowledge as a Merlin Entertainments veteran with experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium.


Previously a Head Chef at Mt Hotham Skiing Resorts, Clinton brings a love and passion for food into each event that he manages to ensure each guest walks away enjoying an amazing culinary experience.


Clinton is also an accredited personal trainer specialising in boxing and this discipline is evident in his attention to detail. A caring leader, Clinton makes the operation of these events a fun experience for all.

Hernan - Events Operations Supervisor


With 12 years expertise, Hernan, who also speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and French, brings excellent customer service and operational experience to all our Sydney events.


A dual Australian and Chillian national, Hernan brings creative and fun ideas to all events. As a past restaurant owner Hernan is especially passionate about new menus and amazing food and drink.


Hernan thrives on challenges delivering service that consistently rises above and beyond expectation, but what really distinguishes Hernan are his personal qualities; warm and engaging, Hernan has outstanding interpersonal skills and is a delight to work with.
